On behalf of our client, an interesting international company, we are currently looking for a DWH (Datawarehouse) Tester. This role is a full time contract position for 3 months based in Zurich and a suitable candidate is supposed to start as soon as possible. The main responsibilities for this job are:
Good Test Management skills, test design, test execution, test reporting, Strong organization skills, Experience with managing a team, Financial management experience, SQL, Unix, DWH, Informatica ETL Tools, Datamodelling via ErWin or Sybase Power Designer, Batch Control, SQL Tuning experience a plus
OLAP experience recommended
ISTQB Certified TM Expert Level
Fluent English
Good German skills
Provide hands on test management for the DWH applications
Proven experience in following the testing process is essential
Solid background with Test Design, Test Execution, and defect follow-up.
Experience in Oracle development would be a plus.
Should lead meetings with the business, with a deep understanding of potentially politically difficult situations.
Strong ability to interact with, review, and provide actionable feedback to Requirements Engineers.
Duties include, Test Management, Execution, Reporting, Monitoring and Controlling testing.
