SAP Operations Manager (F/M) - 9 months Fix Term
Mission
The SAP Operations Manager is responsible for all operational activities linked to mainly externally sourced SAP ERP platform operations and projects. The objective is to meet the business stakeholders' expectations in terms of customer orientation, cost efficiency, platform stability & governance, innovation and agility.
Main responsibilities
Manage the authorization access to SAP ERP, check the demand and create profile
Operate the change management with full life cycle tracking for SAP ERP (obtain explanation on the request, communicate with the requesters, check the possibility with our partner and monitor costs)
Supervise all technical operations for SAP ERP Collaborate to SAP related business projects to streamline integration with partners and current solution in place (organise tests campaign, check the tests results with key users)
Monitor and report on the fulfilment of Service Level Agreements, Service Level Objective and Key Performance Indicators.
Skills
Education and training:
Higher IT education and/or substantial on-the-job SAP expertise
Proficient in English and French, additional language (German/Italian) is an asset
Good methodology know-how (ITIL & PMI)
Professional requirements:Good overall understanding of SAP use and business processes in industrial companies
Experience with critical SAP and Infrastructure upgrades/cutoversStrong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communications & coordination expertise and capability
Ability to lead, drive and convince others in a networked environmentAbility to work independently in a small team (around 10 persons)
Job experience:
6-10 years' experience in managing outsourced SAP operations relationship with external outsourcing partners and project implementation partners. Work experience in multicultural & multinational environments of mid-sized division (around 3000 employees) of a larger multinational group.
