Acutest is a leading Testing Consultancy with a range of enviable blue chip clients across varied industry sectors. We require an experienced Performance Test Manager to work on a project in Switzerland. You will have overall responsible for leading the performance testing and be expected to create the performance test strategy and plans as well as preparing the test cases, creating & executing scripts, producing root cause analysis and reporting.
Further duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Review and enhance existing practices against industry best practices and recommend procedures for improvements for performance testing.
- Communicate testing strategy and performance testing services as part of feasibility.
- Manage the testing strategy, schedule, data requirements, resource requirements, testing scope, testing requirements, quality metrics and risk/mitigation plans as it applies to performance testing.
- Develop and monitor performance reports, dashboards and status reports to verify test execution including test and issue tracking, daily meetings, test summaries and test case movement progress according to plan.
- Manage multiple testing projects within the portfolio ensuring a common testing approach.
- Manage stakeholders, internal customers and other groups and work in collaborative fashion.
