Contract: 12 months+
Start Date: ASAP
ROLE PURPOSE
Support one of the customer's locations Goal Alignment team to train coach assess people within GISIT on GA Practices
DIMENSIONS/KPIs
- Number of Coached practices
- Feedback from the continuous excellence goal alignment Team
- Percentage improvement on Coaching Tool in the teams
- Number of direct contribution to the goal alignment deployment practices
MAIN RESPONIBILITIES
- To support the team
- To train coach assess people within GISIT on goal alignment practices
- To build and deploy support package for Team, then produce reports
- To participate to the GA Pillar
- To define and report on Measures currently used in the GA Pillar
Key Skills
- Highly developed communications skills able to communicate complex topics in simple everyday language).
- Highly developed problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to coach and train; deliver messages, lead workshops, develop people in training/coaching environment.
- Capability to lead and motivate cross functional teams.
- Developed convincing and persuasion skills with ability to engage people in the mindset change.
- Strong project management skills.
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of Corporate Business Principles.
- Good knowledge of Continuous principles and Continuous Practices.
- Good knowledge of GA in specific.
- Coaching methods and techniques.
- Strong understanding of Change Management, process improvement and business transformation.
- Excellent understanding of value for customer/consumer."
- Experience on several GA practices.
