Programme Manager urgently required.
Our Insurance client are offering an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join their Switzerland based team.
The Programme Manager must have SAP Implementation experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Practice with SAP ECC implementation project
- Extensive experience in Insurance domain
- Must have good delivery skills
- Ability to establish and run PMO responsible for governance of program/multiple projects;
- Leads planning workshops and program steering committee meetings;
- Defines and maintains program level communication and risk management plans;
- Establishes and controls Change management processes in program;
- Manages customer relationships and conflicts between stakeholders
- Must have a consultative nature and background to aid the business provide and deliver requirements
- Planning, reporting and governance essential to deliver in a structured environment
Required Experience:
- 20+ Years
