For a major Pharma client we are urgently looking for a Project Manager - CSV environment for a contracting role in Basel (Switzerland) starting soon till 31.12.2012 (extension option).
Main tasks:
- Support in the review/approval of documents related to CSV with a Quality Assurance perspective in the context of Client Standards
- Such documents review may include validation plans, validation report, change control, URS, FS
- The consultant has to participate in the various project group meetings and assist the team in all CSV related topics
- Responsibilities include all GxP related topics in IT project (ie template approach - implementation documentation, requirements, functional specification, design specification, Test scripts, Test and Validation reports)
- Regularly interacts with management
- Coordinates and directs the Quality Management related activities of project team members
- Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
Required skills and relevant experience:
- General CSV knowledge and GxP assessments
- Risk assessment and eCompliance methodology
- Good documentation practice
- Expertise in running medium scale projects
- Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures
- Strong analytical skills
- Business process knowledge - best practices for change management
- Strong MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.
