On behalf of a major Pharma client in Basel, we are urgently looking for a Project Manager Audit Readiness for a contract till .
The role implies:
- Assess internal processes for the creation of the CSV life cycle deliverables and operations records
- Identify GAPs and inconsistencies across team internal processes
- Establish and improve internal and external quality standard
- Develop and execute training supporting the creation of all validation deliverables
- Write technical documents
- Ensure the internal "Information & Governance Management" requirements are met.
Your duties:
- Propose supporting tools to be ready for an Audit at any time, if possible lead implementation
- Project Lead of the audit readiness activities:
- Operational lead of all project activities, from planning through execution to closure
- Prepare the PM deliverables and keep them up-to-date throughout the project delivery
- Control that the project is delivered in quality, time and budget
- Identify and monitor project risks and initiate corrective actions
- Control, monitor and report the project budget
- Identify appropriate project team resources, agree with project sponsor and system owner on project team resources and manage the team
- Escalate project changes/decisions to the steering committee, Prepare decision proposals for the steering committee.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Quality Management and Quality Assessment
- Experience in active performance of Audits for Health Authorities
- Experience in assessing current service delivery processes and proposing improvements
- Experience in training & coaching competence members to comply with the processes and maintain CSV life cycle documents
- Organizational skills: strong leadership skills (implement changes & re-thinking), finisher attitude (ensure the new processes are completed), structured work style (planning and execution according to plan).
Project details:
- Location: Basel (Switzerland)
- Start: immediately till 31.12.2012, extension option (4months +)
- Languages: fluent English is a must, other languages are a plus.
