Quality and Testing Manager
Steering and Control
* Monitors the progress at Stream and Project level on a monthly basis
* Monitors the resource requirements at Testing Horizontal and Workstream level
* Monitors the IT Budget at Stream and Project level
* Monitors that program wide standards (eg naming conventions, document management, look and feel) are adhered to
* Performs Risk Management and hosts risk management meetings at workstream level
* Implements measurements for successful progress control on all levels
* Verifies effort reporting including verification against work progress
* Editorial lead for communications to stakeholders (eg Newsletter)
* Ensures that all IT RRP CH Program specific standards are met
Reporting
* Ensures a streamlined reporting on all reporting levels (status reports, PSR, Issue & Risks, consolidated program reporting, etc.)
* Ensures that all information must be reported only once by the respective responsible.
Planning
* Implements, consolidates and maintains a Roadmap on Stream and Program level
* Implements, consolidates and maintains a Major Milestone Plan on Stream and Program level
* Implements and maintains a Communication Plan
* Hosts planning workshops on Stream and Program level
* Participates in planning workshops on Program, Stream and Project level
* Performs budget planning and budget controlling in IT Plan on Program and Stream Level
Administration
* Arranges meetings and workshops
* Prepares and maintains workstream documentation (eg Information Package, Program Roadmap etc.)
* Takes minutes of meeting and workshops at program level
* Prepares status reports (eg PSR, Program, Platinum reporting, STC, etc.)
* Manage contracts for external workforce on workstream level
* Maintain workstream SharePoint
* Owner of workstream mailbox
Support
* Advise, coach, guide and support additional PMOs on workstream level
Technical or Other Skills
1. PRB & Assessment experience, inbesondere die Vorbereitung der Dokumentation.
2. Vorbereitung des PRB unter CMMI Minimal Grid & SDLC+.
3. QA-Erfahrung, insbesondere in der offiziellen Rolle als QA oder inoffiziell als PMO.
4. Extensive MS-Project experience.
5. CMMI ML2 und ML3 Erfahrung.
6. Experience IT-Plan, SharePoint, ClearCase, Visio, IB-Toolchain
7. Experience with ARIS (entwerfen, pflegen & optimieren von projektbezogenen Prozessen), OnePPM.
8. Koordinierung globaler Workstreams sowie das Anfordern, Auswerten und Präsentieren von Stati oder z.B. (Test-)Ergebnissen.
9. Erstellung von Budget Requests und/oder Forecasts
