On behalf of our client, a prestigious and fast growing International Telecommunications Company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Process Manager to start immediately on a contract basis based in Switzerland


Job Description
• Person that understands the end to end processes in operations from a telecom operator and is able to play a leading role in establishing these in a new build organization.
• The job will be to define and refine the end to end processes of the operational organization mainly focusing in the beginning of the assurance and field processes.
• Person should be highly acquainted with ITIL and ETOM standards and processes.
• Person can start immediate; contract will be for coming 6 months with an option to change into a permanent contract.
• Person will be based in Zurich.


Language: English, German a plus
