Tasks:
Process Management: Main Task is the planning, initialization, and control of process improvements and enhancements, including the creation of the necessary documents.
Work description:
• Execution of single tasks (focus: Securities Operations) within a platform migration project (End-to-End view) including restructuring of Securities Operations tasks (out-/in sourcing)
• Process analysis and documentation / specification of required changes
• Support elaboration of migration scenarios and concept for Securities Operations
• Support elaboration of Securities test concept, create test plans, test cases and necessary test data
• Support preparation of business integration, execute business integration tasks
Requirements:
• Specific knowhow for Securities Services processes and applications (AAA, TOPAZ, UC, NOR, Securities Infrastructure, AOS, etc.) necessary
• Knowhow of client’s Execution Services processes and applications (AAA, TOPAZ, etc) as well as client’s Securities Operations processes
• Knowhow of client’s application architecture
• Ability to elaborate impacts of a changed Target Operating Model on processes and applications
• Market knowledge for Switzerland and Germany (focus on Securities)
• Experience in migration, testing and business integration
• Experience as project manager as well as business analyst / engineer / process manager and within testing
• Languages: German, English
