Project implementation (installation & commissioning) and technical supervision of the subcontractors or service partners Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team.
Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners.
Pre-sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops.
Requirements:
- Working experience of post-sales services in Telco industries
- Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including survey and acceptance)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, FLM/SLM
- Ability to relate and work with different cultures
- At least 1 year working experience in access network or data communication, TCP/IP and other broadband protocol background is needed
- Familiar with access network equipment (DSLAM, Switch, Router). Good knowledge in the fields of ADSL2/ VDSL2/P2P/GPON/OSS is preferred
- Fluency in German and English, Swiss German is preferred
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
