We are looking for a QA Project/Process Quality Manager (Pharma Client)
Your Role:
- Reviews processes and deliverables of the application life cycle according compliance with the IGM Manual
- Verifies the existing of all CSV relevant documents for PHQA IM services and takes appropriate mitigation actions
- Review key documents regarding compliance with IGM Manual
- Improve service delivery process according to the IGM Manual, Set up the process in a way that the documents are created as Part of the process
Responsibilities:
- Propose an IGM implementation plan and align with Audit Readiness initiative
- Execute IGM implementation as part of Audit Readiness initiative
- Support PHQA IM team members, optimize training and understanding of IGM manual in PHQA IM
- Able to work in complex and demanding environment
Other Skills:
- the person should be a experienced coach to motivate PHQA IM members to follow the IGM Manual
- Team player, energizing the team towards improvements and facilitate conflicting opinions
