Data Management and Archiving Systems Engineer Oracle/UNIX - Zurich
Data Management and Archiving Systems Engineer Oracle/UNIX and is required to join a leading consultancy in Zurich on a financial project. To be successful you will need to speak fluent German and English.
Responsibilities will include:
*Review and extension of Business Requirements- and Software Requirement Specifications
*Creation/Review of IT-Specifications
*Database Modeling
*Coding/Unit Testing
*Data management and migration
*Integration of in-house built and 3td party software
*Communication with business partner and interfacing system engineers
*Configuration Management
*Documentation in English and German
*Integration-Testing, test support
*Production support (3rd Level)
Skills required:
*Oracle Knowledge and Experience as a DB Modeler, Developer and DBA
*Stored Procedures, PL/SQL
*Fluent in German and English
*self-reliant work style with a high level of responsibility and reliability, pro-active communication style, delivery- and quality-oriented
*Unix/Solaris experience
*Perl, Shell Scripting
My client is offering an initial 6 months contract which will extend.
