Our client in the finance industry seeks a German speaking DWH Data Analyst with strong technical and finance knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Expansion of existing data mart with new requirements.
- Analysis and specification, monitoring and inspection of the implementation.
- Extension and adaptation of existing reporting solution.
- Analysis and specification, and monitoring and inspection of the implementation.
- Users (Business) support and analysis of existing and future requirements.
- Analysis and specification-defined topics in existing data mart solution (Subject area of the assets and securities.)
- Determination and calculation transactions carried out over a specific period.
- Determination of the invested assets of clients.
- Drawing up specifications.
- For these tasks, we are seeking a data analyst who is very confident in dealing with SQL and is able to.
Technical skills: (must)
- Experience in Datawarehouse and reporting area.
- Object editing skills of business and/or Cognos.
- Mastering SQL and dealing with complex queries and databases
- Experience with data modelling in the warehouse, mart and reporting environment
Business Skills (must)
- Banking/financial experience
- Patience, perseverance and thoroughness in the analysis of complex relationships and Reports
- Analytical thinking skills, number affinity, rapid comprehension of complex relationships
- Fluency in German & English
