Deliverables
- Introduce and coordinate the implementation of PC Managed Deployment Services in the countries
- Manage the delivery of these services during the roll-out and the steady state
- Ensure the country delivery model is defined and Build, get sign-off and implement the detailed migration and procurement plans
- Manage the deployment tool usage
- Coordinate the End User scheduling and associated communication
- Monitor the progress of the deployment until closure of each wave
- Coordinate exceptions handling
- Work closely with the client
- Attend and run, in coordination with the client, country kick of meetings
Skills needed:
- Experience of Software Migration specifically Windows 7 to large groups (10k + users ) in financial services preferred
- Deployment Experience
- P&L Experience
- Team Management (Technicians, Deployment teams etc)
- Working in a Global Environment
- Confidence
- Strong character
- Customer relationship management/building
- Not afraid to challenge decisions

- Good communication skill & transparency to be able to foresee & communicate potential issues
