On behalf of our client, a prestigious and fast growing International Telecommunications Company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Logistics Planner on a contract basis based in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage forward and reverse logistics including introduction of new equipment to the network for upgrade purposes.
- Ability to effectively understand the process behind forecasting and demand planning.
- Will be able to draw up plans and administrate the scheduling/tracking and roll out of equipment and assist with weekly or monthly reporting including ad hoc reporting, keeping track of risks and issues, minute taking and managing actions to completion.
Requirements:
- Ideally 5 to 10 years experience in a similar large scale project or operations within IT or Telecoms, we will also consider other industries if the planning skills are strong.
- Any project coordination in IT or Telecoms with a mix of logistical planning is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team player, structured and organized, good decision making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office standard package is essential for this role.
- English, German is a plus
