On behalf of our client, a prestigious and fast growing International Telecommunications Company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Logistic Assistant on a contract basis based in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage areas of activity associated with expediting of supply chain activities within a order management environment
- Can communicate effectively with a wide range of vendors and suppliers technical/non technical/internal/external
- Tactically manage data and reporting, be responsible for the movement and accountability of equipment over a diverse geographical area within Switzerland
- Can manage their own workload and have the insight to deal with stressful situations
Requirements:
- Any experience with order management or call centre skills in IT or Telecoms environment is an advantage
- Previous experience of logistics within IT or Telecoms or an associated discipline would be preferred but not essential.
- Responsibility, results oriented and demonstrate an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases is required in this role.
- The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to take
- Competencies such as resilience, influencing and interpersonal skills and customer focus are essential to the role. A good understanding of procedures necessary for safe functioning of a team and knowing the boundaries of the job and how to escalate to more senior levels is also necessary
- The willingness to learn, develop and apply knowledge is important to this role.
- English, German is a plus
