We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to join the Production Support Team of a leading Investment Bank in Zurich.
The role will require a first priority of experience in WINDOWS Server, MS SQL/SYBASE and second priority UNIX (SOLARIS/Linux), Oracle Database. It is a 24/7 shift rotation role, all based on-site with a basic function of:
*Managing Hotline/Group mailbox and incident queue
*Analysing and Dispatching incident tickets to appropriate employee/team for investigation
*Start investigation (break-fix) if the issue can be fixed on 1st level
*Escalate/handover issue to 2nd level support team
Technical or Other Skills:
ITIL process knowledge (incident/problem management, change management)
Tool: Incident Management Tool is Remedy ITSM7
The role combines the standard basic functions of Systems Administration, Database Administration and Support.
You will ideally be experienced in production support or have experience of a demanding IT Operation Support Role for 5 year+ which would also ideally have operated a 24/7 shift.
