For our client, a leading Swiss bank, we need ASAP a Database Supporter.
Scope of work:
- 24/7 shift work onsite
- Managing Hotline/Group mailbox and incident queue
- Analysing and Dispatching incident tickets to appropriate employee/team for investigation
- Start investigation (break-fix) if the issue can be fixed on 1st level
- Escalate/handover issue to 2nd level support team
Skills:
We need someone with very strong know-how in Windows Server, MS SQL and Sybase. If you have also know how with ITIL process (incident/problem management, change management) and if you already worked with the Incident Management Tool Remedy, you should not longer wait and send us your CV.
We are looking for someone which is fluent in German and English.
