SAP BI/BW Analyst/Architect - Upgrade Project + CRM/Marketing implementation - Contract until end of 2012 - Pharma, Basel
You are looking for a challenging contract in a leading, international organisation?
In this contract you will collaborate in two projects; one is an upgrading project from SAP BW version 3.5 to version 7.3. You will be working on the front-to-back architecture which includes migrating the BO Universe on the physical SAP BI layer, splitting SAP NetWeaver from its J2EE-based functions and obviously define the architecture for the physical layer SAP BW. You will do that by working closely with your project team and an off-shore ABAP and J2EE development team.
The other project in which you'll be involved is the end-to-end implementation of a CRM/Marketing module. In order to achieve that, you will have to understand and interact with the local business teams, collect their requirements, define the complex architecture and provide the off-shore development team with the technical specifications which will allows them to implement the solution correctly.
In order to be considered for this challenging contract position, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- Min. 6 years experience of SAP BW/BI, ideally in the pharma industry
- Min. 4 full SAP implementation cycles in an Analyst/Architect/technical Project Management position.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise DWH concepts/implementations, ETL, Datamodelling and advanced analytics
- Ability to read/review ABAP code is mandatory
- Portal integration experience is a strong plus.
- English only is fine; further languages are a plus
- Strong functional knowledge in Marketing/CRM/Sales
