On behalf of our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basel, we are seeking a SAP Business Analyst/Service Manager for a 10 months contract.
In this challenging role you will ensure that SAP services are aligned with business needs, will be involved in service life cycle management (ERP/SAP service and application life cycle management, architecture, service level management and process improvements etc.). Moreover you will be responsible for service delivery on a global level for Logistics (Supply Chain Management, APO global Order Fulfilment).
To be successful, you bring the following to the role:
- 6 years of experience in SAP Business Analysis/Service Management
- Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management, SD and APO
- Good knowledge of SAP business processes in Logistics
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Great communication skills
- Fluency in English
