We are looking for a System Engineering & Architecture
Knowledge of Scope of the work:
- Migration of Business Objects XI R2 universes and reports to the Business Objects R3 environment on the DWH BI platform
- Migration of the currently applied security model into the DWH platform Business Objects environment
- Development of necessary changes on reports, universes as a result of the migration
- Deployment of the reporting on the new environment using common change management, SWAN XP and version control tools, Subversion
- Close collaboration with the application and platform responsible based in Switzerland and Singapore
- Potentially setup of user trainings on Business Objects XI 3.1
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Business Objects XI 3.1, Development, Security
- Strong knowledge in database architecture and data modelling
- Basic skills in Informatica Power Center
- Strong team player and ability to work in international and heterogeneous teams
- Ability to quickly adapt to defined processes and to work in a highly standardized environment
- Basic XML skills
- Experience with Change Mangement, Version Control and Quality Control Tools
- Experience with the Swiss DWH BI environment and its internal tools such as Generic Staging and SDSS, nice to have
- Experience in test management, nice to have
