On behalf of our client, leading bank in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a Senior PMO.
The Project Management unit is responsible for managing the project portfolio according to defined processes and priorities. This portfolio contains a wide range of projects which can offer you interesting opportunities according to your specific knowledge and area of interest.
Responsibilities:
- Enabling the Project Manager to deliver his project according to the agreed scope, time and budget by pro-actively supporting him in all aspects of project management especially planning and forecasting, budget controlling, documentation, quality management, risk management and communication
- Establishing project management processes within the project or program based on defined RUP standards, and ensuring these processes are followed
- Organising meetings and workshops
- Creating project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Maintaining the repository for project artefacts
- Documenting and tracking project risks
To be considered for this role your CV must reflect the following skills:
- 3+ years IT Project Management Office or 2+ years Project Management experience in the finance industry
- Knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards such as RUP
- Strong organisational skills which are based on a disciplined and structured approach
- Clear verbal and written communication, both in German and English
- Swiss citizens or candidates with valid Swiss work permit may apply
This is an initial 6 months contract at a 100% to start ASAP and located either in Zurich or in Basel.
