I am looking for a SAP HR PY Project Manager for a global end client in Swizterland.
Project/Department Description and responsibilities
- Implementation of HR payroll and HR services to an external outsourced company
- 15 Team members
- HR payroll and HR services in Switzerland (5 sites). Need for local Payroll knowledge.
- Environment Development Tool(s) and Platform(s)
- PM skills is key
- German and Swiss knowledge needed.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Managing the PMO team, responsible for planning and SDLC deliverables, Steering Committee meetings
Technical profile requirements
- PM training
- High level functional knowledge of SAP HR modules
Non-Technical profile requirements (standardized)
- Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements and understanding customer needs
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter, able to work independently
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Presentation and communication skills
Methodology/Certification requirements
- PM expertise at senior level is key
- Additional certification is a plus
Language proficiencies
- English, German spoken and written
