Environment/Project description:
Develop ServiceNow module Get Support & My Tickets for the end user Portal Assist with components to open an incident ticket or a service request, view existing tickets and follow up on these. UI design according Assist layout.
Tasks responsibilities:
Additional resources needed to help build existing Drupal module on ServiceNow, which is due by end of October 2012
Deliverables:
ServiceNow module Get Support & My Tickets
Required experience/Skills:
- ServiceNow Front End development, site building experience
- ServiceNow Back End development (CMDB) know how
- Active cooperation to transform the technical requirements into the build
- English and German language
- Experience in usability and user guidance
- Communicative person who works conscientiously on own initiative
- Teamwork
