Mission/Role
Our client is looking for a Technical Consultant to work on innovative IT projects
Working with the sales teams on a daily basis, you will be responsible for designing tailored solutions that corresponds to customers' expectations
You will analyze customer's needs and concerns in order to propose an adapted solution composed by hardware and software products
You will use your technical expertise to create new solutions or to complete an existing hardware infrastructure
Experience/Qualifications:
- IT Passionate
- Strong communication skills: ability to deal with customers and team members
- Consulting approach: ability to analyze needs and to provide guidance
- Technical hands-on experience: IT Technician, System administrator
- Good knowledge of Hardware devices
- German: Fluent
- English: Fluent
- French: Highly desirable
