For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a IBM/TM1 Consultant (m/f)

Task & Responsibilities:

  • Support the parallel run of IBM/TM1 for the May, June and July 2012 reporting and the go-live and mastering of IBM/TM1 for the September 2012 reporting
    Within 2-3 days after the standard reporting process (Hyperion Enterprise) there would be the following tasks:
  • Reconcile data from IBM TM1 to source system
  • Analyse data differences in both, TM1 and source system and fix differences
  • Forward planning and organisation of Committee meetings, including preparation and distribution of relevant documents
  • Reconcile reporting out of IBM/TM1 to final reporting out of Hyperion Enterprise
  • Support reporting users with setup of templates and reports in TM1
  • Upload final structure data from SAP BW source system
  • Upload final reporting structures maintained manually
  • Upload transaction data from SAP BW source system
  • Correct reporting templates for reporting parameters, reporting lines and KPI definitions

    Required Experience/Skills:

  • Good knowledge of IBM/TM1 and Microsoft Office Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP BW would be an asset
  • Financial controlling/reporting knowledge is an advantage
  • Languages: English or German
  • Willing to work extra hours at peak times during a close
