For a major client in the Pharma industry we are urgently looking for a Service Manager with SAP Business Intelligence (BI) exposure for a challenging role in Basel.
Main tasks:
manage service delivery for the global operations centre Business Intelligence for European BW systems ensure service transition (for the product) to the Integrated Business Intelligence platform ensure the internally and externally sourced SAP BI services are aligned with business needs and delivered according to customer SLAs to the client's IT standards and industry best practise be responsible for service life cycle management including SAP BI service and application life cycle management, architecture, process improvements, innovation and benchmarking etc. Mandatory requirements:
several years of service management experience excellent understanding of Process Management, min. 8 years exposure ITIL knowhow, min. 2 years exposure Pharma projects experience mandatory profound knowhow of SAP BI suite fluent English and team-worker. Project overview
