Project environment:ECM Consultancy is providing internal services to our customers, based on our knowledge and competency in content management. We are involved in projects interfacing with our ECM Platform, and also consult in case of issues or solutions evaluations.
This year, one of our major projects is to setup a SharePoint based collaboration platform, aimed at supporting knowledge workers in producing and managing documents.
In this Consulting and Project Lead position, you will be both acting as ECM internal consultant, as well as leading the IT stream of the SharePoint implementation project.
Your role will include consulting various teams and power users, liaising with governance bodies, planning and supervising execution and quality of deliverables, and removing technical impediments.
During this 6 to 9 months long assignment, you will be coordinating internal and third party resources, and you must be able to effectively lead resolving technical and project related problems.
You will work in a global environment where business communication is primarily held in English.
Tasks:
• Act as an internal ECM Consultant, be involved in multiple projects and working sessions as required
• Lead IT stream of SharePoint implementation project: plan and control implementation details according to master plan, ensure required integration and compatibility of the new solution with the existing technological landscape and standards, represent project in technical governance processes, supervise adjustment of technical design due to compliance, security, or other internal requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• English a must, German a plus
• During office hours working in Zurich
• Consulting acumen
• Project Management skills (PMI preferred; agile a plus)
• Strong and large technical background
• SharePoint 2010 knowledge required, EMC/Documentum skills a plus
