Junior Business Analyst - Banking- Zurich- Contract for 6-8 weeks
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst to work for a leading bank based in Zurich, in this contract you will join a team of 5 and will be involved in the information collected from the fund assets over the analytic statements such as Reports, presentations and compiles statistics. Therefore, we are ideally looking for someone who as an IT junior business development manager background as your role will be to assist in implementing IT-specific projects and to optimize the development of existing information system (eg creation of new business specifications).
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Acquisition of globally consolidated fund provider fact sheets (fund provider documentation)
- Evaluation and reporting (standard reports and ad hoc reports as AuM)
- New design and updating of presentations
- Creating the Business Specifications
- Supporting the information system of the AUM and fund providers in the management support (eg, data validation, data files, and standardize and optimize)
Must have experience:
- Several years experience as a clerk
- Experience with reporting and business development
- Specialist knowledge in particular with Bank Asset Management business would be an advantage
- Methodological skills: statistics, reports, presentations (eg business case)
- Independent and structured approach
- Process-oriented Business Processes and know-how
- Initiative and commitment as well as good organizational and analytical skills
- High quality and deadline awareness
- Good knowledge of MS software
- Good knowledge of Access, and PowerPoint (may develop an easy-access DB)
Languages- very good knowledge of English and German
