Senior Coach, Project Methodologies, Banking, Contract, Zurich

For our client, one of the most recognisable banking brands worldwide, SWISSLINX are looking for a Senior Trainer for a new contract in Zurich.

Our client is in the process of trying to harmonise certain processes, terminology and approaches throughout the bank. In order to do this they will be sending out various coaches throughout the bank to train their internal clients on a select 5-7 methodologies to deliver software.

Depending on the project and needs, a different methodology could be considered more efficient. The result should be that at the ground level any methodology chosen will be implemented in a common way no matter where in the bank. There will be a commonality from strategic/operational level which will lend itself to more variety and choice at technical level. You will be bringing your training and coaching skills to coach the other coaches. This will be done both in workshops and one to one's but also in practise/shadowing.

In order to be considered for this role you should have coaching/training experience, as well as extensive knowledge of at least one of the following methodologies; SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall, RUP, Lean, Kanban.
