Beschreibung
The local license manager is responsible for the licenses and software media (including customer owned) and contact person for the region (Zurich)
- supply software assets (virtual and physical) to IT engineers
- perform goods receipt for software in SAP
- perform goods receipt in the local asset management system (Remedy).
- create internal orders to create MMR's (MMR's are used to uniquely identify software for inventorying and purchasing activities)
- create internal orders to have software scripted
- produce local compliancy reports
- check for not allowed installed software and report this
- advise the demand organization in software related decisions about for instance investments
- support projects such as the asset transfer project
- suggest process improvements based on daily business
- investigate and correct omissions to improve (data) quality
- maintain physical (and virtual) license data (proof of purchase)
- handle software media (maintain physical software library)
- handle renewal of software maintenance contracts
- investigate issues that concern local law and/or involve native language contracts

Languages: English is a must, German and/or French would be a plus
