We are currently looking to recruit a PMO with 2 to 5 years experience for an exciting opportunity within one of our large investment clients based in Switzerland. The successful candidate should have experience in banking, and ideally in Market Risk.
The following skills/experience are also required:
- University Degree or Masters in IT/Computer Science, additional qualifications in the area of Finance/Economics/Business Administration are a strong plus.
- Strong Project Management skills; Project Management certification is a plus.
- Practical experience with different project/software delivery life cycle approaches and tools.
- Practical IT design and development experience.
- Good understanding of Investment Banking products and process as well as Financial Market Risk Management concepts - ability to connect the dots across the involved projects and the business benefits and IT solutions they deliver.
- Well structured, very reliable and dedicated; high attention to detail, ability to handle a significant number of dependencies and issues without dropping balls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different audiences and working styles/backgrounds in a global and diverse team.
- Flexibility and ability to define and implement pragmatic solutions under pressure where required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills incl. Microsoft Project.
