Back Office ENGINEER
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 years experience and deep knowledge of following technologies:
- TCP/IP Networks including routing protocols, network architectures and different VPN solutions. MPLS protocol and implementation in devices form different vendors.
- WDM network architectures and expertise in working with ODF, attenuators, power adjustments etc.
- Dark fiber network topologies and typical infrastructures (Fiber cables, Chest structure, OTDR measurements, Fiber weldings, ODF types etc.)
- SDH Protocol and network architecture. Experience working with this network, built with any vendor devices.
- Expertise working with IPDSLAM equipments, managing configurations, user profiles and dealing with final user typical issues in DSL connections.
- Expertise in Real Time networks in terms of collecting and analysing traces, troubleshooting problems occurring on the network.
- Different Network Management Systems architecture and features.
- English proficiency required, other language is beneficial.
- Creative and Customer focused.
- Knowledge about technical support workflows and escalation paths.
- Different OS Systems such as Windows, Linux, Sun OS and others.
