As a Senior IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager you will have several years working in a banking or financial environment managing a team of IT specialists who are locally based here in Zurich but also overseas. A good understanding of IT is needed for this role particularly of security information event management but much more critical are strong people management skills.
As Senior IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager you will have a proven track record of managing teams in remote locations, coordinating your teams both locally and internationally to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will have very strong stakeholder management skills and be highly delivery focused with excellent analytic and problem solving skills. The ability to meld disparate elements into a cohesive team is vital for this role as is fluent English. German language skills would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
Must have skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of IT security, build and compliance standards
- Ideally have a background in systems or database administration.
- Good understanding and exposure to compliance and audit in a financial or other highly regulated environment.
- Together with global rollout of a security scanning and compliance checking solution the PM will need to facilitate agreement and consolidation of platform security standards
- You will also need to put in place processes to ensure detected issues are remediated by all IT platform groups worldwide in spite of competing priorities.
