Our client, a well-known financial institution, is currently looking for a very
technical Test Engoneer/Test Manager Requirements
Unconditional: many years of experience in banking/finance area
6 or more years of experience in testing in application development projects
fluent written and spoken English
strong database querying skills (SQL)
good UNIX background
strong communications and customer orientation skills
Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure the project is successful.
strong analytical problem solving skills
soft skills to handle stakeholders globally with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Requirements Engineers etc.)
Additional skills:
experience in international projects
degree level qualification in computing
excellent database skill or experience in data warehousing
experience in programming
UML knowledge/experience
motivation to contribute to process improvements in an interesting environment
