Our client is an Investment bank based in Zurich, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is used to working to RUP and or EUP
The team is based within E-banking and manages the Wealth Management Products. The client utilises leading edge applications for the product offering and customer service. The Project Management Pool is responsible for the timely implementation of all projects in the portfolio according to all standard defined processes and priorities. The aim is to develop outstanding computer science solutions in a dynamic international environment, through innovative solutions.
Role Description:
- Leadership and coordination of the project teams
- Planning, management, control and report files of the project
- Ensuring timely delivery of the project
- Manage risk management and change management
- Ensure communication between stakeholders
Requirements
At least 5 - 10 years experience as a Senior Project Manager within the financial industry, preferably a global financial institution. Technical expertise in the areas of Client Server, J2EE, Oracle, Solaris, and/or Cobol, DB2
Mandatory Skills
In-depth methodological and practical knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards that are essential is RUP/EUP
Certification in project management an advantage: PMP)
Strong leader
Effective communication and negotiation skills (oral and written)
Strong organizational skills, quality-conscious and structured work ethic

Languages
Must speak German and English
