A Global Blue chip company based in Geneva currently require a Window & ESX Storage and Storage Management Specialist, you will be required to:
Analyze planed changes and new features to Storage, Windows/ESX based functional and design specifications, recommending appropriate test and implementation strategies.
Allocate and coordinate the work of other team members.
Design and implement test harnesses if required
Develop plans and specifications and implement test cases for transition and migration propose.
Recommend features that can improve the migration and transition capabilities
Perform hands-on testing for features
Hand over best practices.
Investigate defects and perform root cause analyses: Interact with internal and external engineers. Develop a plan/proposal/design for smoothly transition phase.
Provide recommendations for migration plans and time estimates based on requirements specifications.
Participate with design team in managing quality assurance processes and procedures.
Work with project managers to ensure delivery of the solution on time, identify risks, put in place risk mitigation strategies, and report results.
Work with Program Management to ensure that made work is properly documented.

Windows Server 2003 and 2008 skills
SCCM Software Deployment skills
Software packaging and Distribution skills
HP Server Models
Windows Server Storage SAN & Multipathing skills
Must have fluent language skills in Englaish and French
