For one of our clients in the Financial Services sector, Swisslinx is currently looking for an ECM System Engineer.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop standards and procedures for the operations and maintenance of the ECM and EIA infrastructure;
- Evaluate and introduce 3rd party products with a structured approach;
- Provide consulting to projects and help them to develop smart solutions for their specific ECM requirements;
- Create technical documentation and keep it up-to-date;
- Technical contact to suppliers and responsible to resolve product issues and discuss future requirements or trends;
- Represent the ECM Infrastructure team in business and IT projects;
- Troubleshoot complex problems and describe resolution procedures;
- Implement and test business continuity solutions and procedures, including disaster recovery;
- Describe standards and best-practices;
- Design system integrations;
- Provide technical analysis;
In order to be successful in those tasks, you will require the following:
- UNIX (Solaris, Linux) and Windows Servers;
- Either Microsoft SharePoint or EMC Documentum Content Server;
- Basic SQL query language;
- Script languages like Bourne Shell, Power Shell or Perl;
- Programming languages Java and .NET of benefit;
- Basic project management;
Start date would be ASAP until end of this year.
