Beschreibung
You will be providing consultancy services to users of the clients IT Change Mgmt process and performing administrative tasks in the application )unlocking phases, replanning phases of change requests, etc.) and compilation of lists of change requests (CR) and the subsequent processing of the CRs with respect to risk assessment, formal acceptance of deliverables for the QA phase, etc.
You have some experience in:
- ITIL V3
- Change Management & Support Experience
- MS Office Tools experience (Outlook, Excel, Word. Powerpoint is a big plus)
- Fluent in German and good English Language skills (writing and speaking)
- broad IT understanding (Unix, Mainframe, Windows and Networking)
- motivated, Team Player
