User support duties for the internally developed IT Change Mgmt application
Tasks:
* Providing consultancy services to users of the IT Change Mgmt process within the application
* Performing administrative tasks in the application, eg unlocking phases, replanning phases of change requests, etc.
* Compilation of lists of change requests (CR) and the subsequent processing of the CRs with respect to risk assessment, formal acceptance of deliverables for the QA phase, etc.
Your skills:
* ITIL V3
* Change Management & Support experience
* Good knowledge in MS Office Tools (especially Outlook, Excel, Word. Powerpoint is a high advantage)
* Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is a must
* Very good and broad understanding of IT (Unix, Mainframe, Windows and Network)
* Motivated, autonomous Team Player
* Work experience in the IT area
