DescriptionLead or support the delivery of a set of sourcing tools and processes.
- Support the implementation a set of KPIs and an executive satisfaction survey to measure performance and perception of our strategic deals
- Lead the implementation (through a 3rd party) of a database of detailed invoice backup files to enable granular and in depth analysis of sourcing spend
- Support and potentially enhance a process to gather a three month forecast of application development resource required across the countries
- Deliver a gap analysis and proposal for our current sourcing business cases reporting vs. stakeholder requirements
- Support the generation of a set of best practices across the sourcing life cycle.
Requirements:
- Experience in sourcing management in a large multinational organisation
- Experience in project management, stakeholder management and delivering change
- Ability to step into an organisation and a team and deliver value in a short time-frame, quickly building the required knowledge, context and network.
- Analytical skills, ability to cut through complexity to get to the issue
- Communication skills, ability to delivery high quality output in excel and Powerpoint.
