Our client, in the Financial Services, is looking for an experienced Java Team lead Java to lead a large group of developers on a long term project.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper design of application
- Carry out code reviews,
- Accurately scope technical components of overall solutions
- Create and execute plans, revising these as necessary to meet the demands of the project
Ideal Profile:
- French and English is a must.
- Professional experience working in Java (JEE 5, Hibernate)
- Previous experience of working as a senior software engineer/developers
- Experience of managing or leading a team
- Experience using UML
- Able to work independently
- Experience working in the financial services is desirable
