Mission/Role:
Our client is a trading company based in Geneva. They are looking for an Alegro Systems Manager. Your role will consist in providing hands-on support for Alegro commercial systems in full autonomy.
Your tasks:
- Analyse needs from different company's services
- Provide system solutions related to business needs
- Provide support for Alegro systems
- Identify and correct all system issues respecting delays and urgency
- Ensure system availability and performance
- Configure and set-up new business activities in the systems
- Participate into various projects (upgrades, maintenance, migrations)
Experience/Qualifications:
- 7 years minimum experience in commercial and financial systems support
- Experience with Alegro systems is mandatory
- Excellent Scripting and coding skills
- Excellent knowledge in Office suite
- Experimented in commodities and/or supply chain
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- French is a serious plus
