Responsibilities
- Java Application development
- Continuous Integration of Software - Deployment of components/applications into the different systems (ET, IT, PTA, Prod)
- Java application updates on ET-Unix server
- Operation and support of the WFI AR1 platform components & MQ Series Queues
- Responsible for the implementation of the Build-Process
- Involved in the test support (automatic sanity checks, verification of the deployment) as well as Monitor testing for IT/PTA/PROD
- Management of the different environments (IT, PTA), database (Oracle on Java applications)
- Management of Change Requests (on SwanXP)
- Support during build failures (research, environment update)
- Setup and maintenance of local deployments (WLS-Installations, eg CRMNET)
- Create and maintain WLS instances in ordering tool
- Contribution in server setup, failover concept, operational manual and System Specification
- General project related maintenance
- Create and maintain SharePoint repositories and subsites
Profile
- Around 5 years experience
- Expe rience in Banking/financial Services
- Excellent knowledge of J2EE programming as well as system Integration and build management (preferable Hudson (Jenkins) and TeamCity)
- Advantageous is: Concurrent Versioning system, ClearCase, Subversion, Oracle DB, DB2 (admin), UNIX, Sun OS,
- Desirable is: experience with Workflow (IBM), IBM MQ Series, Sharepoint
