For our customer in the area of Zurich we are looking ASAP for a Project Management Officer (m/f)
The suitable candidate will provide administrative, communication, organisation, reporting and financial control support to Program/Project Managers.
He/She is responsible to support the Program/Project Managers in:
generating project contracts; project communication and co-ordination; production and maintenance of project documentation; creation and maintenance of project plans; creation of project status reports and financial forecasts required for project control; compliance processes; financial controlling. He/She organizes and takes minutes in project meetings, workshops and reviews and maintains program/project organisation charts; he/she tracks project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables on behalf of Program/Project Managers.
The ideal candidate has the ability to:
capture, document, organize and report IT budget and spending to enable decision making. identify a resolution for project issues and the mitigation of identified risks. has the awareness of IT applications and systems (eg Mainframe vs. decentralized) used by company and updated on industry developments. track and report of project progress against a predefined work plan. ensure that IT quality processes and standards are defined and their outcomes measured to provide a high quality of service delivery to the customer. manage timely completion of own tasks/work packages/project. communicate in a clear, concise and target group specific manner speaks fluent in English and German Are you interested in this position?
