Working on behalf of a client whose brand is a global household name, we are looking for candidates for the position of eCommerce Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the eCommerce solution for one of the client's luxury food brands.You will be accountable for the end to end delivery of eCommerce direct to consumer (eTailling) programs and projects (design, architecture, development, deployment and support) ensuring the delivery on time, scope, quality and budget.
You will provide a single point of contact and account executive role for the business, developing and managing the business initiative roadmap and portfolio of projects, and ensuring the services and solutions provided are up to business expectations.
Responsibilities include co-ordination/integration of several work streams, including:
- Technical coding
- CRM
- Payments
- Logistics/Operations
- Goods delivery
- Returns/Refunds
Candidates must also have strong project management skills (knowledge of PMI methodology preferred).
The working language is English, French would be an advantage.
The position is being offered on a one year contract in the first instance.
