On behalf of our major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is urgently looking for an Application Engineer (Biostatistics) for a challenging contracting role in Basel.
Main tasks
Performing analytical activities and all software development tasks Incorporating technical and operational requirements into IT solutions Defining system requirements (functional/qualitative requirements) Designing components and interfaces Implementing applications Creating and maintaining project documentation (test, application, user manual) Providing advice and support on choice of applications and solutions for data migration and workflow implementation. Required skills (compulsory)
fluent English, German is a plus Expertise in statistics, preferably biostatistics Profound experience with SigmaPlot, GraphPad Prism Experience with GraphPad Prism Scripting Experience with Excel, R, and statistical tools like Origin, JMP. Project overview
