Project Manager with strong experience required, to work on a project within a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland.
Main Tasks:
- Configuration of Material Ledger (Optional), Project Systems.
- Configuration and maintain configuration log - Product Costing, CCA, PCA and General Ledger
- Update process flows for all areas and coordination. Keep Solution Manager up dates as it relates to configuration, documentation, testing and other documentation updates. Convert Project documents to Solution Manager.
- Concept paper- Make sure that the latest changes to the design/concept are updated in the concept paper.
- Informal Screening for all the configuration. (D99-11)
- Unit Test scripts creation, create test data - PC, General Ledger, PS, Material Ledger.
- Write integrated test scripts. Collaboration with other work streams.

- Ensure coordination with Business and other work streams as it relates to Finance and Sourcing. Follow up from the Global workshops open items.
- Attend weekly team lead meetings and take follow up actions where necessary.
- Attend weekly Master Data and Data Migration meetings and take follow up actions where necessary.
- Coordination with Succeed. Major interface for Finance and Planning & Forecasting team. Major change involving both iSupply and PEP. Currently it is a manual process that needs to be replaced for both PEP and iSupply.
- Work with Security team to ensure proper definition of Security Objects
- Coordination with Programmers and PI Developers. Creation of test data for developers where necessary.
- Coordinate training documentation.
- Work with the Change Management team as necessary
- Work with the Business to get approvals on major detailed design decisions.
- Work with Governance team to ensure compliance of the design and testing.

Experience Desired
- 5 to 7 years Functional
- 3 years Project Management.
Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: 27.2.2012 to 31.12.2012 (with option for extension)
Hourly rate: CHF 90.- through our payroll system/or CHF 105.- contractor rate with own limited Swiss company.
