Your responsibility would be to design, develop, build and integrate solutions based on Murex. Develop core Murex functionality such as setting up deal typologies, set up user defined fields in Murex, configure trade generators and enhance the functionality of Murex using XSLT/XML. Liaise directly with the vendor for Murex bugs and deliver change requests and defect fixes on time and in quality.
Additional skills such as knowledge of FpML or knowledge of IRD and Equity derivatives are an advantage.
- Act as a point of contact for new project work initiated from upstream and downstream in regards to Murex core functionality
- Deliver on time and in quality in terms of Murex core functionality deliverables
- Work closely with support in handling any production issues.
To have accountability for production stability in for the own area.
